- Ensure the development of models for production, collaborating with development and production departments to guarantee product feasibility while optimizing time and costs in line with the company's quality standards.
- Perform industrialization of models by identifying the best production methodologies to ensure the required aesthetics and quality.
- Identify potential technical issues in new models and propose viable solutions.
- Evaluate production times, costs, and feasibility.
- Create and regularly share reports on activity progress.
- Collect and share technical, aesthetic, and process information with the production and quality departments.
- Review and validate initial production quality pieces.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in industrialization roles within luxury leather goods companies or direct suppliers.
- Decade of experience in the leather goods sector as a pattern maker.
- Proficiency in CAD systems and good command of the Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Good command of English and/or French.
