1. Ensure the development of models for production, collaborating with development and production departments to guarantee product feasibility while optimizing time and costs in line with the company's quality standards.
2. Perform industrialization of models by identifying the best production methodologies to ensure the required aesthetics and quality.
3. Identify potential technical issues in new models and propose viable solutions.
4. Evaluate production times, costs, and feasibility.
5. Create and regularly share reports on activity progress.
6. Collect and share technical, aesthetic, and process information with the production and quality departments.
7. Review and validate initial production quality pieces.

1. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in industrialization roles within luxury leather goods companies or direct suppliers.
2. Decade of experience in the leather goods sector as a pattern maker.

1. Proficiency in CAD systems and good command of the Office suite.
2. Strong problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
4. Willingness to travel internationally.
5. Good command of English and/or French.

A minimum of 4-5 years in industrialization roles within luxury leather goods companies or direct suppliers, with a decade of experience as a pattern maker in the leather goods sector.
