Yves Saint Laurent Knitwear Product Development Manager

- Oversee the development of knitwear products from sketches to collection pieces, collaborating with design, merchandising, production, and press teams.
- Coordinate project launches and follow-ups, including trials, collection prototypes, press samples, and VIP prototypes.
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor deliveries and verify receipt against the collection schedule.
- Manage collection fittings from sketch submission to showroom delivery.
- Coordinate with the production team from initial fitting to collection modifications.
- Create and update collection materials, including technical sheets and collection plans, ensuring accurate information dissemination.
- Ensure the reliability and update of information in the PLM system throughout the development process.
- Handle administrative aspects of collection development, such as coding and invoice tracking.
- Advanced degree in Fashion, Textile Engineering, or Business.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product development within the ready-to-wear sector, with a focus on knitwear.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, and familiarity with PLM systems.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
A minimum of three years in product development within the ready-to-wear fashion industry, specifically in knitwear.
Advanced degree in Fashion, Textile Engineering, or Business.
