Saint Laurent, a prestigious name in luxury fashion, was founded in 1961 and revolutionized the industry with the introduction of luxury ready-to-wear through its 'Rive Gauche' line in 1966. 1. Assist in monitoring product launches, including material reception and production timelines.
2. Manage and dispatch supplies.
3. Develop and maintain Bill of Materials documentation.
4. Update material books and send fabric swatches.
5. Facilitate communication between the studio, factories, production, and merchandising teams.
6. Update various communication and collection tracking tools (PLM).
7. Provide administrative and logistical support, including supplier follow-ups and invoicing.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
2. Product sensitivity and essential technical knowledge.
3. Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus.
4. Previous experience in the luxury or fashion sector is necessary.
