Saint Laurent, a distinguished name in luxury fashion, was founded in 1961 and became a pioneer in ready-to-wear luxury with its 'Rive Gauche' line in 1966. 1. Assist in monitoring product launches, including material reception and manufacturing timelines.
2. Manage and dispatch supplies.
3. Develop and maintain bill of materials documentation.
4. Update material books and dispatch swatches.
5. Facilitate communication between the studio, factories, production, and merchandising teams.
6. Update various communication and collection tracking tools (PLM).
7. Provide administrative and logistical support, including supplier follow-ups and invoicing.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
2. Product sensitivity and essential technical knowledge.
3. Prior experience in the luxury or fashion sector.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, dynamism, and availability.
6. Basic theoretical knowledge of knitwear is a plus.
