Yves Saint Laurent Junior Project Manager Intern - After Sales

- Support the After Sales team in executing special operations related to new project roll-outs.
- Create and manage project monitoring materials such as presentations, meeting minutes, debriefs, reports, and assessments.
- Coordinate and follow up with various project stakeholders.
- Conduct benchmarks on topics relevant to the Service's challenges.
- Develop, monitor, and enhance business intelligence indicators and communicate findings to department stakeholders.
- Review and analyze After Sales production and regional performance through dashboards and reports.
- Evaluate the quality of services and products.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer requests.
- Monitor and plan regional spare parts inventory, ensuring safety stock levels are maintained.
- Currently enrolled in a master's degree program, engineering school, or business school.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to react swiftly.
- Proficiency in figures and analytical tasks.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and meticulous skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Italian is advantageous.
