Yves Saint Laurent Junior Project Manager Intern - After Sales

- Support the After Sales team in special operations related to new project roll-outs.
- Produce materials for project monitoring, including presentations, meeting minutes, and reports.
- Coordinate with various project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct benchmarks on topics pertinent to After Sales challenges.
- Build, monitor, and enhance performance indicators, communicating insights to department members.
- Review and analyze After Sales production and regional performance through dashboards.
- Evaluate the quality of services and products.
- Liaise with other departments to address customer requests effectively.
- Monitor and plan regional spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Currently enrolled in a master's degree program, engineering school, business school, or university.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Italian is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to react swiftly.
- Proficiency in figures and analytical tasks.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and meticulous skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic or internship experience is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
