Yves Saint Laurent Junior Project Manager Intern - After Sales

- Support the After Sales team in executing special operations related to new project roll-outs.
- Produce project monitoring materials such as presentations, meeting minutes, debriefs, reports, and assessments.
- Coordinate and follow up with various project stakeholders.
- Conduct benchmarks on topics related to service challenges.
- Develop, monitor, and enhance performance indicators, communicating them to department members.
- Review and analyze After Sales production and regional performance through dashboards and analysis.
- Analyze the quality of services and products.
- Monitor and liaise with other departments to address customer requests.
- Plan and monitor the stock of spare parts in various regions.
- Ensure safety stock and stock levels of spare parts are maintained.
- Currently enrolled in a master's degree program, engineering school, business school, or university.
- Strong interpersonal skills and quick responsiveness.
- Proficiency in figures and analysis.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and meticulous skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Italian is advantageous.
No prior experience required, but relevant academic or internship experience in project management or supply chain is beneficial.
Currently enrolled in a master's degree program.
