1. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor in accordance with company standards.
2. Oversee the shipping and receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis.
3. Communicate delivery discrepancies to the store manager and operational partners promptly to prevent inventory errors.
4. Process internal product transfers and customer orders within specified timeframes to meet customer expectations.
5. Prepare and conduct weekly product category counts.
6. Prepare the warehouse and sales floor for the annual inventory.
7. Liaise with the operations team to resolve inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
8. Ensure the stockroom and sales floor adhere to the company's visual standards.
9. Support the sales team on the sales floor as needed to ensure coverage and sales assistance.
10. Manage all necessary supply orders for the store from internal and external vendors.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

1. Minimum of two years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary decor.
2. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
3. Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits.
4. Proficient in Excel.
5. Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Ability to lift and/or move up to 12 kilograms.
8. Ability to lift and/or move up to 24 kilograms.
