1. Support the HR Manager with administrative and back‑office activities, ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with Group Shared Services.
2. Collaborate with HR Shared Services on statutory and administrative compliance tasks.
3. Prepare and maintain regular HR reporting and personnel metrics for the HR office.
4. Assist in implementation of core HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, and training & development.
5. Contribute to ad hoc HR projects and provide operational support to the HR team.

1. Bachelor’s degree (Laurea) or equivalent academic qualification.
2. Previous experience in HR administration or demonstrable interest in human resources.
3. Excellent command of MS‑Office, with advanced Excel skills.
4. Proactive attitude with strong initiative and problem‑solving abilities.
5. Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Previous practical experience in HR administration or internships in HR functions is preferred; otherwise a strong, demonstrable interest in human resources will be considered.
