1. Assist HR Business Partners in recruiting boutique staff, including sales advisors and stockists.
2. Manage recruitment of network interns.
3. Support the drafting of contractual documents such as internship agreements, certificates, and amendments.
4. Monitor medical visits for employees.
5. Participate in training and integration projects.
6. Assist in the deployment of the training plan.
7. Support the organization of seminars and events.
8. Lead the Summer Missions project, including identifying internal candidates and arranging temporary housing.
9. Participate in additional HR projects as needed.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Previous successful experience in HR, particularly in recruitment.

2. Strong organizational and rigorous work ethic.
3. Dynamic, responsive, and autonomous with initiative-taking abilities.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in human resources, especially in recruitment, is required.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program specializing in Human Resources.
