Yves Saint Laurent Human Resources Intern
Saint Laurent, a prestigious luxury fashion house founded in 1961, revolutionized the industry by introducing the concept of luxury ready-to-wear with its 'Rive Gauche' line in 1966. As part of the Kering Group since 1999, Saint Laurent continues to lead the luxury market under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello. The brand offers a wide array of products including women's and men's ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties, and eyewear.
- Assist HR Business Partners in recruiting boutique staff, including sales advisors and stockists.
- Manage recruitment of network interns.
- Support the drafting of contractual documents such as internship agreements, certificates, and amendments.
- Monitor medical visits for employees.
- Participate in training and integration projects.
- Assist in the deployment of the training plan.
- Support the organization of seminars and events.
- Lead the Summer Missions project, including identifying internal candidates and arranging temporary housing.
- Participate in additional HR projects as needed.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Previous successful experience in HR, particularly in recruitment.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong organizational and rigorous work ethic.
- Dynamic, responsive, and autonomous with initiative-taking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in human resources, especially in recruitment, is required.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program specializing in Human Resources.
