Yves Saint Laurent Human Resources Intern
Saint Laurent, a distinguished entity within the Kering Group, is renowned for its pioneering role in the luxury fashion sector. Under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since 2016, Saint Laurent continues to lead in the luxury market, offering a wide array of products including women's and men's ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties, and eyewear.
- Assist HR Business Partners in the recruitment process for boutique staff, including sales advisors and stockists.
- Manage the recruitment of interns for the retail network.
- Support in drafting contractual documents such as internship agreements, certificates, and amendments.
- Monitor medical visit schedules.
- Participate in training and integration projects.
- Assist in the deployment of the training plan.
- Support the organization of seminars and other events.
- Manage the Summer Missions project, including identifying internal candidates and arranging temporary housing.
- Engage in additional HR projects as required.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Previous successful experience in HR, particularly in recruitment.
- Fluency in English.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous with the ability to take initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment, is required.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program specializing in Human Resources.
