1. Assist in the operational functions of the Human Resources department under the supervision of the HR Manager.
2. Support administrative activities and personnel management.
3. Monitor time management and absence records.
4. Maintain HR dashboards.
5. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes.
6. Contribute to the development and tracking of training plans and HR development.
7. Support internal communication and event initiatives.
8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Participate in HR projects.
10. Manage physical and telephone reception duties.
11. Provide support for administrative files and general services.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or Management.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, recognized for rigor, organization, and confidentiality.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

No prior experience required, but relevant coursework or previous internships in HR are advantageous.
