- Assist in the operational functions of the Human Resources department under the supervision of the HR Manager.
- Support administrative activities and personnel management.
- Monitor time management and absence records.
- Maintain HR dashboards.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Contribute to the development and tracking of training plans and HR development.
- Support internal communication and event initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in HR projects.
- Manage physical and telephone reception duties.
- Provide support for administrative files and general services.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills, recognized for rigor, organization, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
No prior experience required, but relevant coursework or previous internships in HR are advantageous.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or Management.
