- Assist the HR Manager with administrative and back-office tasks, collaborating with Group Shared Service HR for administrative compliance.
- Conduct reporting activities related to company personnel and internal HR office functions.
- Support the HR Manager in implementing personnel management processes, including recruiting, onboarding, and training & development.
- Aid the HR team in managing ad hoc projects.
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in similar roles or a strong interest in HR
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Proactive and initiative-driven
- Teamwork capabilities
- Good command of the English language
