1. Assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks and collaborate with Group Shared Service HR for managing administrative obligations.
2. Conduct reporting on company personnel and internal HR office activities.
3. Support the HR Manager in implementing personnel management processes such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Training & Development.
4. Aid the HR team in managing ad hoc projects.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Previous experience in similar roles or a strong interest in HR

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
2. Proactive and initiative-driven
3. Teamwork capabilities
4. Good command of the English language

Previous experience in similar HR roles or a demonstrated interest in the human resources field is required.
