- Assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks and collaborate with Group Shared Service HR for managing administrative obligations.
- Conduct reporting on company personnel and internal HR office activities.
- Support the HR Manager in implementing personnel management processes such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Training & Development.
- Aid the HR team in managing ad hoc projects.
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in similar roles or a strong interest in HR
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Proactive and initiative-driven
- Teamwork capabilities
- Good command of the English language
Previous experience in similar HR roles or a demonstrated interest in the human resources field is required.
