1. Assist in talent acquisition activities, including job requisition creation, application management, agency liaison, candidate screening, and interview feedback.
2. Support the hiring and onboarding processes.
3. Ensure the updating of organizational charts and reporting for various functions.
4. Maintain and update the HR System (Workday) consistently.
5. Collect and archive employee documents.
6. Assist the HR team in managing a full spectrum of HR processes and activities for assigned company functions, in alignment with Kering Group standards.
7. Contribute to the implementation, co-design, and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
8. Monitor contractual deadlines and prepare relevant labor documentation.

1. Bachelor’s degree in economics or related disciplines and/or master’s degree in HR.

7. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

No prior experience required, but a demonstrated interest in HR and fashion is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in economics or related disciplines and/or master’s degree in HR.
