1. Assist in managing global projects for furnishing retail stores.
2. Oversee logistical and operational processes.
3. Provide administrative support, including supplier account creation and purchase order entry.
4. Consolidate presentations for the Artistic Direction.
5. Conduct inventory and stock management.
6. Monitor the art market.

1. Bachelor's degree plus four years of higher education.
2. Advanced studies in art history or business school, preferably IFM.
3. In-depth knowledge of the art market and its key players.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong teamwork capabilities.
3. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Adaptability and flexibility.
5. Fluency in English and French.

No prior experience required, but knowledge of the art market is essential.
