1. Manage and oversee daily operations of the Atelier Flou Pattern Making department.
2. Plan short and medium-term activities, including technical and human resources management, and oversee machine park management.
3. Distribute tasks and responsibilities within the atelier.
4. Train and mentor teams to uphold high manufacturing and quality control standards.
5. Monitor production progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
6. Liaise with the Artistic Direction as needed.
7. Collaborate with Development and Purchasing teams to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
8. Coordinate with external service providers when necessary.
9. Monitor the atelier's budget.

1. Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role in the Fashion and Luxury industry.
2. Passion for fashion with in-depth knowledge of garment construction processes, including cutting, sewing, and finishing.
3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Keen attention to detail and quality.
6. Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
9. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
