Responsibilities
- Propose, evaluate, design, and implement learning and development programs for global corporate and retail teams.
- Systemize annual learning needs analysis and design a global annual learning plan.
- Act as an internal consultant for people and team development learning solutions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and deliver leadership and key talent development programs.
- Leverage feedback from cross-functional and HR leaders to improve global training offerings.
- Plan, manage, and track the global learning budget.
- Participate in the Global Kering Learning Community and promote learning programs.
- Provide a global framework for corporate leaders and HR teams to define training gaps and needs.
- Ensure robust measurement and analytics are in place to monitor the impact of L&D.
- Manage digital learning platforms and collaborate on their design and enhancement.
- Conduct research on training trends and market-leading practices.
- Undertake ad hoc HR-related projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of HR professional experience in Corporate Learning and Talent Development.
- Advanced proficiency in English, with fluency in additional languages preferred.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing L&D programs.
- Solid influencing skills to manage stakeholders at different organizational levels.
