- Design and implement learning and development programs for global corporate and retail teams to enhance skills and development.
- Develop a framework focused on soft skills, managerial upskilling, and leadership capabilities.
- Conduct annual learning needs analysis and co-develop a global annual learning plan.
- Act as an internal consultant for people and team development learning solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver leadership and key talent development programs.
- Utilize feedback from cross-functional and HR leaders to improve global training offerings.
- Manage and track the global learning budget.
- Participate in the Global Kering Learning Community to promote learning programs and increase employee engagement.
- Provide a global framework for corporate leaders and HR teams to identify training gaps and needs.
- Ensure robust measurement and analytics to monitor the impact of learning and development initiatives.
- Manage digital learning platforms and collaborate on designing and enhancing training offerings.
- Conduct research on training trends and market-leading practices.
- Undertake ad hoc HR-related projects.
- Minimum 8 years of HR professional experience in Corporate Learning and Talent Development within a global or international context.
- Advanced proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages, including French, is preferred.
- Proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing L&D programs with strong project management skills.
- Strong influencing skills to manage stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.

A minimum of 8 years in HR with expertise in Corporate Learning and Talent Development in a fast-paced global environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
