Global Learning and Development Manager

1. Propose, evaluate, design, and implement learning and development programs for global corporate and retail teams.
2. Systemize annual learning needs analysis and design a global annual learning plan.
3. Act as an internal consultant for people and team development learning solutions.
4. Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and deliver leadership and key talent development programs.
5. Leverage feedback from cross-functional and HR leaders to improve global training offerings.
6. Plan, manage, and track the global learning budget.
7. Participate in the Global Kering Learning Community and promote learning programs.
8. Provide a global framework for corporate leaders and HR teams to define training gaps and needs.
9. Ensure robust measurement and analytics are in place to monitor the impact of L&D.
10. Manage digital learning platforms and collaborate on their design and enhancement.
11. Conduct research on training trends and market-leading practices.
12. Undertake ad hoc HR-related projects.

1. Minimum 8 years of HR professional experience in Corporate Learning and Talent Development.
2. Advanced proficiency in English, with fluency in additional languages preferred.
3. Proven track record in designing and implementing L&D programs.
4. Solid influencing skills to manage stakeholders at different organizational levels.
