1. Execute assembly and sewing operations for various garment models.
2. Perform hand stitching as required.
3. Operate industrial sewing machines including flatbed, overlock, and specialized machines.
4. Conduct self-inspection of finished products to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.

1. Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Educational background in garment making or fashion-related fields, such as CAP, Bac pro, or BTS.

1. Proficiency in garment assembly techniques.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of different fabrics and industrial sewing machines.
3. Attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication skills.

A minimum of 3 years in a comparable position, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.
