2. Execute preparation, assembly, and finishing operations as per instructions received.
3. Collaborate with internal department colleagues to ensure the correct flow of information necessary for footwear production and report any anomalies.

1. Minimum of three years of experience in footwear preparation, assembly, or finishing.

1. Strong technical knowledge of footwear characteristics, leathers, and related operations.
2. Excellent manual dexterity.
3. Outstanding organizational skills.
4. Precision and attention to detail.
5. Teamwork orientation.
