1. Foster professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
2. Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
3. Analyze results and conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly assessments using KPIs.
4. Exhibit sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor.
5. Maintain high sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
6. Oversee inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations.
7. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization standards.
8. Uphold the qualitative standards required by the brand.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. Over 4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
3. Experience managing a team of at least 10 members.

3. Strong listening abilities and curiosity.
4. Knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous.

4 to 6 years of managerial experience in retail, particularly in luxury goods.
