3. Communicate effectively with internal department colleagues to ensure the smooth flow of all necessary information for finishing operations.

1. Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of all finishing stations (cleaning, touch-ups, packaging, etc.).
3. Familiarity with luxury/formal women's footwear.
