1. Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
2. Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
3. Build and maintain financial models for business scenario evaluation.
4. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with commentary.
5. Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
6. Conduct month-end closing processes in collaboration with accounting.
7. Assist in preparing presentations for management and external stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies.
9. Work on ad hoc projects to improve processes and bottom-line performance.
10. Manage relationships with banks, external partners, and third-party suppliers.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles.
3. Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
4. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
5. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/BI systems experience preferred.
6. Accounting background or professional certification is advantageous.

3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
