- Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
- Build and maintain financial models for business scenario evaluation.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with commentary.
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
- Conduct month-end closing processes in collaboration with accounting.
- Assist in preparing presentations for management and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies.
- Work on ad hoc projects to improve processes and bottom-line performance.
- Manage relationships with banks, external partners, and third-party suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles.
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/BI systems experience preferred.
- Accounting background or professional certification is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills for non-finance stakeholders.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
