1. Assist the Finance Manager in reporting and monthly financial closing.
2. Investigate cost variances and support the Finance Manager in analysis.
3. Conduct daily sales reconciliation using JDA and X Store systems.
4. Record daily sales journals in JDE and send daily sales reports to Al Tayer.
5. Submit monthly sales data to flagship stores and weekly certification in HFM.
6. Manage JDE monthly closing for sales and COGS, including sales journals and markdown provisions.
7. Prepare monthly Flash Sales reports and estimate royalties for intercompany reconciliation.
8. Ensure accurate customs duties checks and maintain purchase registers.
9. Assist in the preparation of MRP and store P&L statements.
10. Participate in the forecast and budget process, managing RPAS and collaborating with local departments.
11. Investigate financial variances and develop system controls to ensure data integrity.
12. Support the Finance Manager in business planning.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
2. Minimum of three years of experience as a financial controller, preferably in the retail industry.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking ability.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
7. Familiarity with JDE accounting system is advantageous.
