- Assist the Finance Manager in reporting and monthly financial closing.
- Investigate cost variances and support the Finance Manager in analysis.
- Conduct daily sales reconciliation using JDA and X Store systems.
- Record daily sales journals in JDE and send daily sales reports to Al Tayer.
- Submit monthly sales data to flagship stores and weekly certification in HFM.
- Manage JDE monthly closing for sales and COGS, including sales journals and markdown provisions.
- Prepare monthly Flash Sales reports and estimate royalties for intercompany reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate customs duties checks and maintain purchase registers.
- Assist in the preparation of MRP and store P&L statements.
- Participate in the forecast and budget process, managing RPAS and collaborating with local departments.
- Investigate financial variances and develop system controls to ensure data integrity.
- Support the Finance Manager in business planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a financial controller, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with JDE accounting system is advantageous.
