Yves Saint Laurent Finance and Operations Coordinator

- Provide comprehensive support to the finance team and collaborate with departments such as Retail, Marketing & Communication, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Human Resources, and Kering Shared Services.
- Optimize operational workflows to enhance productivity across divisions.
- Prepare and analyze Retail Daily Sales against Budget and Last Year figures for both local and headquarters.
- Manage wholesale reporting on a weekly, monthly, and year-to-date basis.
- Control operating expenses, balance sheets, and manage capital expenditures and depreciation.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and intercompany transactions.
- Ensure accuracy in invoice processing and manage monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
- Prepare for audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Conduct budget forecasting, control, and analysis.
- Support retail operations through invoice handling, stock taking, and store maintenance.
- Assist in new store openings and refurbishments, including credit card application processes and error maintenance.
- Manage inventory control, adjustments, and overall inventory management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance operations within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
