1. Develop and implement tailored training programs to enhance the performance of retail teams in the Middle Eastern markets.
2. Collaborate with the EMEA training manager to align training tools with brand vision and local needs.
3. Oversee the execution and evaluation of the Saint Laurent client experience and enhance the selling skills of client advisors.
4. Facilitate the onboarding journey for new employees and roll out product training initiatives.
5. Support the digital and omnichannel transformation of the business.
6. Monitor training program performance, focusing on client experience evaluation and integration of e-learning content.

1. Relevant experience in luxury retail, including management experience.
2. Strong understanding of retail business and client experience.
3. Proficiency in local language and English.

4. Proficiency with digital devices and back-office software.
