1. Collaborate with the Regional Director and EMEA Training Manager to align training priorities with business objectives.
2. Develop and implement a customized training strategy and action plan for the designated zone.
3. Adapt and deliver training programs in line with the Saint Laurent Experience, in collaboration with Store Directors and Training Ambassadors.
4. Facilitate the integration of omnichannel solutions and support store openings and category inductions.
5. Enhance retail teams' clienteling skills in accordance with the Clienteling team strategy.
6. Roll out collection and product trainings in collaboration with the Buying team.
7. Monitor and report on training program performance and its impact on KPIs to the Regional Director and Training Manager.
8. Ensure seamless integration and completion of e-learning content and digital modules.
9. Suggest improvements based on client experience feedback, Mystery Shopping, and Voices results.

1. Relevant experience in luxury retail with management experience.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. High facilitation, coaching, and teamwork abilities.
4. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
5. Proficiency with digital devices and back-office software.
6. Fluency in local language and English.
