- Collaborate with the Regional Director and EMEA Training Manager to align training priorities with business objectives.
- Develop and implement a customized training strategy and action plan for the designated zone.
- Adapt and deliver training programs in line with the Saint Laurent Experience, in collaboration with Store Directors and Training Ambassadors.
- Facilitate the integration of omnichannel solutions and support store openings and category inductions.
- Enhance retail teams' clienteling skills in accordance with the Clienteling team strategy.
- Roll out collection and product trainings in collaboration with the Buying team.
- Monitor and report on training program performance and its impact on KPIs to the Regional Director and Training Manager.
- Ensure seamless integration and completion of e-learning content and digital modules.
- Suggest improvements based on client experience feedback, Mystery Shopping, and Voices results.
- Relevant experience in luxury retail with management experience.
- Strong retail business orientation and understanding of client experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High facilitation, coaching, and teamwork abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with digital devices and back-office software.
- Fluency in local language and English.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for Saint Laurent.
