1. Assist in the creation and updating of various collection support documents, including technical sheets and launch plans.
2. Facilitate communication and collaboration with workshops, studios, subcontractors, merchandising, production, supply chain, and purchasing departments.
3. Support product managers in maintaining relationships with subcontractors.
4. Monitor the progress of product launches and deliveries.
5. Manage administrative tasks such as coding in Stealth and overseeing the catalog from creation to colorization.

1. Degree from a fashion school, equivalent to Bac +4/5.
2. Previous experience in the luxury or fashion sector is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
2. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and dynamism.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.

A first experience in the luxury or fashion industry is beneficial.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
