Yves Saint Laurent Fashion Design Intern
Saint Laurent, a distinguished entity within the Kering Group, was established in 1961 and has been a pioneering force in luxury prêt-à-porter since the launch of its 'Rive Gauche' line in 1966. This innovation marked a significant shift in fashion, embodying youth and freedom. Acquired by Kering's luxury division in 1999, Saint Laurent continues to thrive under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, offering a diverse range of collections including women's and men's ready-to-wear, footwear, bags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties, and eyewear.
- Update collection documents including sketches, material books, and technical drawings.
- Assist in the preparation of fittings.
- Support product development tracking.
- Create technical drawings using Illustrator.
- Produce mock-ups.
- Assist in thematic research for seasonal prints and embroideries, including illustration, graphics, and pattern placement.
- Contribute to thematic research for the collection, utilizing documentation, books, web resources, and studio materials.
- Aid in the preparation of the showroom and collection displays.
- Background in Fashion Design with a specialization in Women's Fashion.
- Strong product sensitivity and technical knowledge of women's garments.
- Stylistic inspirations aligned with the Saint Laurent universe.
- Solid understanding of pattern making, garment construction, draping, sewing, and 3D technical skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- International profiles are highly valued; fluency in English and basic French is essential.
- Versatile, organized, and responsive.
- A school internship agreement (not from an online school) is mandatory.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in Fashion Design is essential.
