Yves Saint Laurent Facilities Supervisor

- Collaborate with the Senior Facilities Manager to audit Midwest stores and develop a comprehensive facility management strategy focusing on repair and maintenance services.
- Assist in sourcing, quoting, and hiring top-tier outside contractors and service technicians, leveraging brand needs and industry experience.
- Work with Indirect Purchasing to initiate tenders to optimize spending and achieve cost savings.
- Manage relationships with landlords, tenant coordinators, and contractors to resolve disputes or conflicts effectively.
- Oversee all Midwest DOS and SIS stores, including those in LATAM and Canada.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities operations within the luxury retail industry, including building infrastructure.
- Proficient knowledge of standard quality materials and construction techniques, including millwork.
- Strong budgeting and general math skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a technical studies background.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities operations within the luxury retail sector, demonstrating expertise in building infrastructure and maintenance strategies.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
Base compensation ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, with eligibility for bonuses.
