1. Collaborate with the Senior Facilities Manager to audit Midwest stores and develop a comprehensive facility management strategy focusing on repair and maintenance services.
2. Assist in sourcing, quoting, and hiring top-tier outside contractors and service technicians, leveraging brand needs and industry experience.
3. Work with Indirect Purchasing to initiate tenders to optimize spending and achieve cost savings.
4. Manage relationships with landlords, tenant coordinators, and contractors to resolve disputes or conflicts effectively.
5. Oversee all Midwest DOS and SIS stores, including those in LATAM and Canada.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities operations within the luxury retail industry, including building infrastructure.
2. Proficient knowledge of standard quality materials and construction techniques, including millwork.
3. Strong budgeting and general math skills.
4. Bachelor's or Master's degree with a technical studies background.
5. Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities operations within the luxury retail sector, demonstrating expertise in building infrastructure and maintenance strategies.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.

Base compensation ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, with eligibility for bonuses.
