Yves Saint Laurent Facilities Supervisor

- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to audit West Coast stores, assessing conditions and developing a facility management strategy focused on repair and maintenance services.
- Support the Facilities Manager in sourcing, quoting, and hiring top-tier contractors and service technicians, leveraging brand needs and experience.
- Partner with Indirect Purchasing to initiate tenders, monitor spending, and achieve cost savings.
- Manage relationships with landlords, tenant coordinators, and contractors to effectively resolve disputes and conflicts.
- Oversee facilities for all West Coast DOS and SIS stores, including those in LATAM and Canada.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities operations within the luxury retail industry, including building infrastructure.
- Knowledge of standard quality materials and methods in construction and millwork.
- Proficiency in budgeting and general mathematics.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A minimum of five years in facilities operations within the luxury retail sector, with a focus on building infrastructure.
College or Master's degree with a background in technical studies.
Base compensation range is $90,000 – $100,000 with bonus eligibility.
