Yves Saint Laurent Facilities Supervisor
Saint Laurent, a prestigious brand under the Kering Group, is renowned for its pioneering role in the luxury fashion industry. - Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to audit West Coast stores, assessing their condition and formulating a comprehensive facility management strategy.
- Support the Facilities Manager in sourcing, quoting, and hiring top-tier external contractors and service technicians, leveraging brand needs and experience.
- Partner with Indirect Purchasing to initiate tenders, optimizing expenditure and achieving cost savings.
- Manage relationships with landlords, tenant coordinators, and contractors to effectively resolve disputes or conflicts.
- Oversee all West Coast DOS and SIS stores, including those in LATAM and Canada.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities operations within the luxury retail industry, including building infrastructure expertise.
- Proficiency in standard quality means and materials in construction and millwork.
- Strong budgeting and general mathematical skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities operations within the luxury retail sector is required.
College or Master's degree with a technical studies background.
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $90,000 – $130,000 with bonus eligibility.
