1. Assist fabric buyers in the procurement and purchasing processes for upcoming collections.
2. Support the lined fabric buyer with research, orders, and administrative tasks for specified collections.
3. Manage dye orders for lined fabrics, including price negotiation and delivery timelines.
4. Ensure accurate receipt, completion, and PLM entry of technical fabric sheets.
5. Regularly update raw material tables and PLM with all fabric-related technical information.
6. Ensure all fabrics are certified or certifiable for production in compliance with Kering's sustainability standards.
7. Coordinate fabric collection from factories via shuttle or truck, ensuring all relevant information is accurately entered into the online system.

1. Education from a business school or fashion school.
2. Previous experience in luxury fashion and product sensitivity is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

A first experience in the luxury sector is beneficial.
