1. Support the event team in logistical and production aspects of client events globally, including dinners, cocktails, collection launches, store openings, pop-ups, previews, virtual showrooms, and aftershows.
2. Coordinate with the Image Department for event tools such as invitations and e-vites.
3. Book talents including hair stylists, makeup artists, and models.
4. Coordinate necessary orders for event production.
5. Research new venues, suppliers, artists, and trends.
6. Prepare and inspect materials before and after events.
7. Manage event inventory including entries, exits, and follow-ups.
8. Provide administrative support including note-taking and sending meeting summaries, as well as booking flights and hotels.
9. Conduct benchmarking of competitor events.
10. Update event guidelines and assist with archiving.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
2. Fluency in English is mandatory.
3. Strong interest in luxury and event communication.
4. Proficiency in Excel.
5. Excellent spelling and grammar.
