Yves Saint Laurent Event Production Intern
Saint Laurent, a distinguished name in luxury fashion, was established in 1961 and pioneered the concept of luxury ready-to-wear with its 'Rive Gauche' line in 1966. - Support the event team in logistical and production aspects of client events globally, including dinners, cocktails, collection launches, store openings, pop-ups, previews, virtual showrooms, and aftershows.
- Coordinate with the Image Department for event tools such as invitations and e-vites.
- Book talents including hair stylists, makeup artists, and models.
- Coordinate necessary orders for event production.
- Research new venues, suppliers, artists, and trends.
- Prepare and inspect materials before and after events.
- Manage event inventory including entries, exits, and follow-ups.
- Provide administrative support including note-taking and sending meeting summaries, as well as booking flights and hotels.
- Conduct benchmarking of competitor events.
- Update event guidelines and assist with archiving.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong interest in luxury and event communication.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury event management is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication
