Yves Saint Laurent Event Production Intern

- Assist in the logistical and production aspects of global client events, including dinners, cocktail parties, collection launches, store openings, pop-ups, previews, virtual showrooms, and aftershows.
- Coordinate with the Image Department for event materials such as invitations and e-vites.
- Book talents such as hair stylists, makeup artists, and models.
- Coordinate necessary orders for event production.
- Research new venues, service providers, artists, and trends.
- Prepare and control materials before and after events.
- Manage the event inventory, including stock entries, exits, and follow-ups.
- Provide administrative support, including note-taking and sending meeting minutes, as well as booking flights and hotels.
- Conduct benchmarking of competitor events.
- Update event guidelines and assist with archiving.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Communication.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong interest in luxury and event communication.
- Excellent command of Excel.
- Impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Organized and autonomous with a proactive and dynamic approach.
- Strong team spirit and collaboration skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and rigorous work ethic.
No specific experience required, but a keen interest in luxury fashion and event management is essential.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Communication.
