1. Assist in the logistical and operational organization of internal and external events, including fashion shows, dinners, and artistic projects.
2. Contribute to the research and selection of new venues, service providers, artists, and talents, while identifying emerging industry trends.
3. Support the team in project management from preparation to execution, ensuring seamless and high-quality delivery.
4. Coordinate with VIP, Press, and VIC departments during fashion shows and events, managing room gifts, invitations, looks, and specific needs.
5. Manage and monitor the inventory of event stock, including materials, decorations, and technical supports.
6. Participate in the design and formatting of visual and creative presentations for various team projects.
7. Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor events to identify best practices and innovations.
8. Contribute to the updating and improvement of internal guidelines for continuous process optimization.
9. Assist in the compilation and organization of event archives, including documentation, images, and materials.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
2. Proficiency in French and English.

No prior professional experience required, though previous internships in event management or luxury fashion are advantageous.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Fashion, or a related field.
