1. Assist in the coordination and logistical planning of internal and external events, including fashion shows, dinners, and artistic projects.
2. Support the production logistics for Maison's photoshoots, including advertising campaigns and e-commerce shoots.
3. Coordinate YSL Beauté photoshoots, managing styling requests and coordinating looks with stylists.
4. Manage the inventory of event materials, including tracking entries and exits.
5. Provide administrative support, including meeting notes and travel arrangements.
6. Conduct benchmarking of competitor events and update guidelines.
7. Assist in the archiving of event-related materials.

1. Pursuing or completed a degree in business or communication (Bachelor's or Master's level).
2. Previous internship experience in event production or photoshoots is preferred.
3. Fluent in English.

2. Excellent written communication skills.
3. Strong organizational and autonomous working abilities.
4. Team-oriented with a proactive and dynamic approach.
