Yves Saint Laurent Event and Production Assistant Intern

1. Assist in the logistical and operational organization of internal and external events, including fashion shows, dinners, and artistic projects.
2. Contribute to the research and selection of new venues, service providers, artists, and talents, while identifying emerging industry trends.
3. Support the team in project tracking from preparation to execution to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery.
4. Coordinate with VIP, Press, and VIC departments during fashion shows and events, managing room gifts, invitations, looks, and specific needs.
5. Manage and track the inventory of event stock, including materials, decorations, and technical supports.
6. Participate in the creation and formatting of visual and creative presentations for various team projects.
7. Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor events to identify best practices and innovations.
8. Contribute to the updating and improvement of internal guidelines for continuous process optimization.
9. Assist in the organization and maintenance of event archives, including documentation, images, and materials.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience required, but previous exposure to event coordination or production is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
