Yves Saint Laurent Event and Production Assistant Intern

- Assist in the logistical and operational organization of internal and external events, including fashion shows, dinners, and artistic projects.
- Contribute to the research and selection of new venues, service providers, artists, and talents, while identifying emerging industry trends.
- Support the team in project tracking from preparation to execution to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with VIP, Press, and VIC departments during fashion shows and events, managing room gifts, invitations, looks, and specific needs.
- Manage and track the inventory of event stock, including materials, decorations, and technical supports.
- Participate in the creation and formatting of visual and creative presentations for various team projects.
- Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor events to identify best practices and innovations.
- Contribute to the updating and improvement of internal guidelines for continuous process optimization.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of event archives, including documentation, images, and materials.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative flair and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
No prior experience required, but previous exposure to event coordination or production is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
