1. Support the daily operations of the Production and Events department.
2. Contribute to the organization of events and photoshoots for the brand.
3. Research new venues, vendors, artists, and trends for events.
4. Assist in the logistics and production of both internal and external events such as fashion shows, dinners, and artistic projects.
5. Aid in the logistics and production of brand photoshoots, including advertising campaigns and e-commerce shoots.
6. Coordinate YSL Beauté photoshoots, including styling requests and managing necessary pieces for shoots.
7. Manage the inventory of event stock, including tracking entries, exits, and follow-ups.
8. Provide administrative support, including note-taking and distributing meeting minutes, as well as booking flights and hotels.
9. Conduct benchmarking of competitor brand events.
10. Update guidelines and assist with archiving.

1. Enrolled in a business or communication school (Bachelor's or Master's level).
2. Previous internship experience in event production or photoshoots is preferred.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Strong interest in luxury and event communication is essential.
5. Proficient in Excel.
6. Excellent spelling and grammar.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Communication.
