Yves Saint Laurent Event and Production Assistant Intern

- Support the daily operations of the Production and Events department.
- Contribute to the organization of events and photoshoots for the brand.
- Research new venues, vendors, artists, and trends for events.
- Assist in the logistics and production of both internal and external events such as fashion shows, dinners, and artistic projects.
- Aid in the logistics and production of brand photoshoots, including advertising campaigns and e-commerce shoots.
- Coordinate YSL Beauté photoshoots, including styling requests and managing necessary pieces for shoots.
- Manage the inventory of event stock, including tracking entries, exits, and follow-ups.
- Provide administrative support, including note-taking and distributing meeting minutes, as well as booking flights and hotels.
- Conduct benchmarking of competitor brand events.
- Update guidelines and assist with archiving.
- Enrolled in a business or communication school (Bachelor's or Master's level).
- Previous internship experience in event production or photoshoots is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interest in luxury and event communication is essential.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
