Yves Saint Laurent Event and Production Assistant Intern

- Coordinate event logistics, including research of venues, vendors, artists, and trends.
- Assist in the logistical and production aspects of external and internal events such as fashion shows, dinners, and artistic projects.
- Support the logistics and production of Maison's photoshoots, including advertising campaigns and e-commerce shoots.
- Coordinate YSL Beauté photoshoots, managing styling requests and coordinating looks with stylists.
- Manage event inventory, including tracking entries, exits, and follow-ups.
- Provide administrative support, including meeting notes and travel arrangements.
- Conduct benchmarking of competitor events and update guidelines.
- Assist in archiving activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Communication.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- A keen interest in luxury and event communication.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- Strong organizational and autonomous working skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
A significant internship experience in event production or photoshoots is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Communication.
