Yves Saint Laurent EMEA Inventory Control Assistant Intern

- Manage administrative stock operations for boutiques and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Oversee and control logistics shipments of goods between boutiques, coordinating with Kering departments, YSL Worldwide Supply Chain, Distribution, and Saint Laurent boutiques in the EMEA region.
- Validate stock adjustments, including uniforms and cycle counts.
- Prepare reports for local financial controllers and auditors, reconciling stock movements and supply chain flows.
- Control and validate daily sales for management control teams and send certified weekly sales reports to management control teams, particularly for YSL India.
- Update procedures following ERP changes and explore automation and process optimization solutions.
- Master's degree in Business School or Management University.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
No specific experience required, suitable for students currently pursuing a Master's degree.
