1. Support the design of Compensation and Benefits Strategies through comprehensive data analysis.
2. Lead the annual salary review campaign for the EMEA Region.
3. Prepare and analyze data for salary surveys.
4. Advise the EMEA HR community on compensation and benefits projects and initiatives.
5. Control and consolidate personnel data within the HR reporting tool monthly for the EMEA scope.
6. Manage HR Costs reporting system and ensure alignment with EMEA Finance.
7. Perform monthly budget variances analysis and initiate budgetary control actions.
8. Prepare and consolidate the EMEA personnel costs Budget and Forecasts.
9. Coordinate personnel costs matters with EMEA HR Business Partners.
10. Prepare monthly reports and executive summaries for EMEA stakeholders.
11. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and simulations.
12. Participate in the optimization of existing and new HR tools.

1. Graduate from a Business School.
2. 3 to 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits or Financial Controlling.

1. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
2. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4. Autonomous project management and responsibility-taking.
5. Strong communication skills and team spirit.
6. Fluency in English.
7. Strong ethical standards and high level of discretion.

3 to 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits or Financial Controlling.

Graduate from a Business School.
