Yves Saint Laurent EMEA Compensation & Benefits and HR Control Analyst

- Support the design of Compensation and Benefits Strategies through comprehensive data analysis.
- Lead the annual salary review campaign for the EMEA Region.
- Prepare and analyze data for salary surveys.
- Advise the EMEA HR community on compensation and benefits projects and initiatives.
- Control and consolidate personnel data within the HR reporting tool monthly for the EMEA scope.
- Manage HR Costs reporting system and ensure alignment with EMEA Finance.
- Perform monthly budget variances analysis and initiate budgetary control actions.
- Prepare and consolidate the EMEA personnel costs Budget and Forecasts.
- Coordinate personnel costs matters with EMEA HR Business Partners.
- Prepare monthly reports and executive summaries for EMEA stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and simulations.
- Participate in the optimization of existing and new HR tools.
- Graduate from a Business School.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits or Financial Controlling.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Autonomous project management and responsibility-taking.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong ethical standards and high level of discretion.
3 to 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits or Financial Controlling.
Graduate from a Business School.
