1. Support the EMEA Clients’ team in executing various client events.
2. Prepare presentation materials for events.
3. Track and analyze the return on investment (ROI) of events.
4. Manage the entry of EMEA invoices.
5. Assist the Client Event Manager in budget monitoring and preparation for each event.
6. Coordinate with vendors for event organization and manage the billing process.
7. Support logistical planning of events, including transportation, orders, and operational needs.

1. Proficiency in English and French.
2. Familiarity with communications.
3. Rigorous, responsive, and proactive.
4. Good product sense.

1. Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
2. Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
