1. Support the EMEA Clients' team in executing various client events.
2. Prepare presentation materials for events.
3. Track and analyze the return on investment (ROI) of events.
4. Compile and manage client lists for each event.
5. Assist the Client Event Manager in budget monitoring and preparation for events.
6. Coordinate with vendors for event organization and manage the billing process.
7. Support logistical planning of events, including transportation, orders, and other operational needs.

1. Proficiency in English and French.
2. Knowledge of communications.
3. Experience in luxury retail is advantageous.

1. Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
2. Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Attention to detail and ability to make suggestions.

A first experience in luxury retail is considered a plus.
