- Manage the backlog of Omnichannel orders, ensuring timely processing and resolving any issues encountered.
- Monitor B2B flows, ensuring adherence to shipping, delivery, and receipt deadlines.
- Oversee customer pre-orders, tracking B2B deliveries affecting pre-orders, informing customer service teams of delays, and optimizing activity tracking processes.
- Coordinate with IT teams to resolve anomalies.
- Process customer returns in accordance with established procedures and respond to customer service inquiries.
- Organize communications with internal and external teams (customer service, warehouses, supply chain) regarding all relevant information.
- Participate in benchmarks for upcoming projects and engage in ongoing projects, including design, testing phases, and hypercare.
- Collaborate with teams to identify non-value-added tasks and propose automation and optimization solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or E-business from a university, engineering school, or business school (Bac +4 / Bac +5).
- Ideally, some initial experience in e-commerce or supply chain.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Organized, autonomous, proactive, dynamic, and meticulous.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or E-business (Bac +4 / Bac +5).
