- Participate in buying sessions, including training and product selection.
- Prepare necessary documentation for showrooms.
- Assist in the creation of Buying Debriefs and Buying Strategies post-buying sessions.
- Develop weekly and monthly sales reports, including carry-over reports.
- Generate best-seller reports and update stock analyses across various sites.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required.
- Support and monitor collection launches, ensuring product listings are accurate and timely.
- Maintain consistency and presentation of the product catalog, including descriptions.
- Update visual merchandising for brand websites and localized galleries.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer service inquiries, addressing daily customer requests.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Previous significant experience in e-commerce is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the digital environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- Organized, autonomous, proactive, dynamic, and meticulous.
