Yves Saint Laurent Digital Merchandising Assistant

- Develop daily and weekly reports.
- Assist in sales analysis and identification of best-sellers.
- Support collection launches by gathering and consolidating data, and coordinating translations.
- Monitor lifestyle category photoshoots (Rive Droite).
- Ensure regular maintenance of catalog coherence and presentation.
- Update product display order on the website (Visual Merchandising).
- Participate in showroom training sessions.
- Insert and verify orders placed during showrooms.
- Assist in creating Buying Strategies post-purchase sessions.
- Collaborate with e-Business, Merchandising, and external partners.
- Conduct ad-hoc tasks such as benchmarking.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
- Previous significant experience in e-commerce preferred.
- Knowledge of PIM, SFCC, and/or Magento is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the digital environment.
- Passion for luxury and product sensitivity is essential.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- Organized, autonomous, proactive, dynamic, and meticulous.
- Strong team spirit and efficiency.
- Analytical skills for report development and sales analysis.
- Attention to detail for catalog maintenance and product presentation.
- Communication skills for collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and projects.
A minimum of one significant experience in e-commerce is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
