1. Analyze the brand's stylistic characteristics and themes as defined by the Artistic Direction.
2. Conduct trend research and gather iconographic references.
3. Create sketches based on thematic concepts.
4. Develop illustrations using Illustrator and Photoshop.
5. Design color palettes.
6. Support in presenting and explaining sketches and technical launches for prototype creation with manufacturers.
7. Correct prototypes as needed.
8. Select materials and supplies.
9. Advise on product enhancement.
10. Assist in presenting and explaining creations to the Artistic Direction.
11. Collaborate with the entire creative studio team on various projects.

1. Degree in Fashion Design or Graphic Design from a fashion school.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury small leather goods or accessories sector.

1. Proficiency in hand drawing and digital tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
2. Strong technical knowledge and experience interacting with manufacturers.
3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
4. Fluency in English, with Italian as a plus.

3-5 years of experience in luxury small leather goods or accessories design.

Degree in Fashion Design or Graphic Design.
