- Analyze the brand's stylistic characteristics and themes set by the Artistic Direction.
- Conduct trend research and iconographic studies.
- Create sketches based on defined themes.
- Develop drawings using Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Design color palettes.
- Assist in presenting and explaining sketches and technical launches for prototype production.
- Correct prototypes.
- Select materials and supplies.
- Advise on product enhancement.
- Support in presenting and explaining creations to the Artistic Direction.
- Participate in all creative studio missions with the design team.
- Degree in Fashion Design or Graphic Design from a fashion school.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury small leather goods or accessories sector.
- Proficiency in hand drawing and digital tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience interacting with manufacturers.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, with Italian as a plus.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury small leather goods or accessories sector.
Degree in Fashion Design or Graphic Design from a fashion school.
