1. Analyze the brand's stylistic characteristics and themes set by the Artistic Direction.
2. Conduct trend research and iconographic studies.
3. Create sketches based on defined themes.
4. Develop drawings using Illustrator and Photoshop.
5. Design color palettes.
6. Assist in presenting and explaining sketches and technical launches for prototype production.
7. Correct prototypes.
8. Select materials and supplies.
9. Advise on product enhancement.
10. Support in presenting and explaining creations to the Artistic Direction.
11. Participate in all creative studio missions with the design team.

1. Degree in Fashion Design or Graphic Design from a fashion school.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury small leather goods or accessories sector.

1. Proficiency in hand drawing and digital tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
2. Strong technical knowledge and experience interacting with manufacturers.
3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
4. Fluency in English, with Italian as a plus.

3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury small leather goods or accessories sector.

Degree in Fashion Design or Graphic Design from a fashion school.
