8. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements, and optimize departmental processes.

2. Managerial experience with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coach a team.
3. Strong understanding of market and fashion trends.

Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail, with a proven customer portfolio and managerial experience.
